Vanessa Cook has a wealth of teaching experience and has delivered dance in schools, colleges, universities, youth clubs and prisons across the UK and Switzerland. She offers a range of bespoke workshops and exciting training opportunities in contemporary dance, contact improvisation, aerial dance, improvisation, movement for actors and inclusive dance.

Aerial Dance
Aerial dance is a strong element in some of Vanessa Cook Dance's work.
Vanessa Cook Dance offers training in aerial dance skills using ropes, harnesses and strops. The focus in the training is to learn fundamental principles that can help develop an original dance language rather than learning aerial ‘tricks’.
